Dr.Francesco Colin is lecturer of politics and international relations at the American College of the Mediterranean (France) and senior fellow with the Moroccan Institute of Policy Analysis (MIPA) in Rabat. His research focuses on citizens and civil society engagement at the intersection of local, national, and international governance, with a focus on Morocco and the broader Mediterranean. He published his research in different peer-reviewed journals, including Democratization and Mediterranean Politics, as well as various book chapters and public-facing articles.
